Student Application 

The Fairy Family is now officially accepting applications for the 24-25 school year. If you need assistance with a SENIOR ACTIVITY (ex: prom or graduation) Fill out the 2024-2025 application below and Send a one page essay telling us about yourself, what's your future goals and why you should be chosen for the sponsorship. REQUIREMENTS to apply for a sponsorship. 1. You must be a senior in high school (continuations are not accepted at this time) 2. Graduation eligible 3. Maintain a 2.5 GPA 4. No Fails or Unsatisfactory. 5. Have a financial hardship 6. Must be following ALL Cali Award Corporation & The Fairy Family Social Media Platforms. ESSAY MUST BE WRITTEN BY THE STUDENT NOT THE PARENTS or GUARDIAN!!
