Lamica Martin
Self-proclaimed Teenologist, Lamica Martin, founded the nationally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Cali Awards Corporation and The Fairy Family in 2016. After meeting a mother with a terminal illness who couldn't afford to send her daughter to prom due to medical expenses. Lamica took it upon herself to step in and provide the teen with the prom of her dreams, Lamica is a Healthcare Professional, actively involved in youth empowerment projects, autism awareness, and a proud mother.

Tiffany Singleton
Tiffany Singleton is a Los Angeles County Real estate agent, and the New Vice President of Cali Award Corps Fairy Family. Tiffany currently dedicates her life to girls in the foster care system providing them with love and support on a daily basis. Tiffanys Kin sense of style lead her to join the Fairy Family in 2023 giving teens the extra style sense needed and took on the role as the Lead Youth Scout and Outreach Director, Tiffany is the main point of contact for the program as she connects with schoolteachers, counselors, and government departments in search of teens in need of support and introduces them and their families to the program.

Taylor Gonzalez
The daughter of the Founder and now college student; Taylor is the driven force behind Cali Award Corps Fairy Family. In 2016 at age 10 Taylor initiated the first sponsorship. Her warm heart and caring spirit were the fuel behind her mother's acts of kindness. Taylor is currently enrolled at Cal State University Fresno where she is majoring in Psychology to become a behavior therapist with a manor in dance. Taylor has a passion for dance and has danced behind major industry names since the age of 4. Taylor has taken on her new role as the secretary for the organization and Lead Teen Mentor where she will be assisting and guiding the organization and Teens to greatness.
